Friday is a coding agent we built before Claude Code existed. We spun up Statum as our knowledge infrastructure. We originated our own delivery framework because nothing off the shelf fit. We don't wait for the market to catch up. We pioneer what we need and run it on ourselves.

Friday generates close to 100% of client code. We are fluent with agents, know where they're reliable, and know when to take the wheel back. Every output is human-reviewed. The agent accelerates; the person is accountable.

There are parts of this job that can be automated, and we automate them. But the judgment about what to build, where to start, and when to deviate from the pattern is the secret sauce. We codify what we can, we eval what we codify, and we leave room for the people to be smarter than the system.
